  Plasma protein is the main solid component in plasma, with a content of 60 - 80g/L. There are many types of plasma proteins and different functions. The domestic animal protein industry is in a stage of rapid development. Animal protein is widely used in feed production as a feed additive, but its application in food is still at a low level. Pig blood is rich in protein and is known as "liquid meat". The pig blood deep processing project has broad prospects. Plasma hemoglobin powder products have been used in the feed industry all year round, and their extension to food grade in recent years also has optimistic market prospects.

Engineering advantages：
  The production line is composed of multiple systems such as feeding system, medium circulation system, air heating and purification system, drying tower system, material receiving system, and control system. The main tower system integrates the current technology of spray drying projects, and the material collection system of the spray drying unit is formed by a combination of a primary cyclone separator + a bag dust collector. The first-stage cyclone uses a high-volume and high-efficiency cyclone for collection, and its powder collection rate can reach about 96%. The bag dust collector is an optimized equipment specially designed for protein powder dust removal, which can completely separate and settle the material and wind. The bag is a water-repellent, oil-resistant and anti-static bag, and the filter mesh number can reach more than 500 meshes.
