Working principle:

     The wet material enters the dryer at the same time through the conveyor and the heated natural air. The two are fully mixed. Due to the large heat and mass exchange area, the purpose of evaporative drying is achieved in a short time. The dried finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small part of the fly powder is recycled by the cyclone dust collector or bag dust collector. The Q-type airflow dryer is operated under negative pressure, and the materials do not pass through the fan. The Q series is the basic type. (Over the years, after continuous improvement and improvement, airflow dryers have developed into four major series, which can better meet the multi-faceted needs of customers.)
