working principle：

The main mechanism of the mixer is the shearing effect produced by the spiral blade. The horizontal spiral belt mixer uses a broad-sided spiral belt, and its rotating speed is relatively low. It mainly uses convective mixing. The outer spiral blades transport the powder and particles in the container from both sides to the center, while the inner spiral blades transport them from the center to both sides to form convective mixing. When discharging, open the discharging valve in the center of the bottom of the container, the central powder and particles are naturally discharged, and the outer screw continuously conveys the materials on both sides to the central discharging valve. When the inner spiral blades can no longer transport the remaining material in the container to both sides, the outer spiral will also transport the material from both sides to the center for discharge.
