Overview of GFG series high-efficiency boiling dryers, boiling dryers, and fluidized bed dryers

Boiling dryer is a type of boiling drying equipment for particulate materials with a particle size of 0.1-6 mm. It is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical industries. Under the suction of the fan, natural air passes through the purification cabinet and heater, forming a high-speed airflow in the small holes of the material bed board, and making the material in a boiling state. During the large-area contact between the gas-solid phases, the moisture in the material evaporates rapidly, thereby achieving dryness.

Working principle:

After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the hole and screen of the hopper. In the working chamber, fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. Water is quickly evaporated and then taken away with exhaust gas, and the material is quickly dried.

 

The material is stirred at low speed while fluidizing to avoid agglomeration. Its application advantages are particularly prominent for viscous materials with high moisture content.

The materials (grains or fine powder) to be dried are put into the dryer hopper. After the air is removed from dust by the medium effect filter, it is heated by the heater to the temperature required for drying, and then enters the main tower. When it passes through the porous plate at the bottom of the hopper, the materials in the hopper are fluidized and dried. After the water evaporates, it is filtered by the bag filter with the exhaust air and then discharged by the fan. The fine powder that rises with the wind during the drying process is captured by the bag and returned to the fluidized bed through the ash cleaning device.
