WLDH - Horizontal Ribbon Blender
Working Principle
This machine consists of a container, spiral stirring blades, and transmission components: the spiral blades are generally made into double or triple layers, with the outer spiral gathering materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transporting materials from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing.

Applicable Materials
◎ Ribbon blender is generally used for mixing viscous or cohesive powders and granules, as well as mixing powders and granules with added liquids or paste-like materials. Due to the difficulty in cleaning viscous materials, it is suitable for large-scale production where product changes are infrequent.
