working principle

The gear reduction motor drives the V-shaped cylinder to make a swirling motion. Due to the different lengths of the two cylinders, asymmetric flow of materials is formed. The materials are repeatedly alternated, divided, and merged in the cylinder; the materials flow randomly from one cylinder to the other, and at the same time, the powder particles slip between each other and are superimposed in space many times. The particles continue to be decibel on the newly generated surface. In this way, shearing and diffusion movements are repeated to achieve uniform mixing.
