Overview
This machine is composed of three main components: the inlet and outlet screen mesh, the screen box, the vibration source, and the shock absorbers. The machine base and the screen box are connected by 4-6 sets of soft rubber shock absorbers fixed at the top and bottom. When the machine is started, centrifugal force is generated, and the amplitude is controlled by the eccentric blocks and shock absorbers accordingly, thereby achieving the optimal working performance, allowing the material to undergo a process of tossing and loosening during screening. It is widely used as an ideal screening equipment in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, metallurgy, and electronics.
