FZG Square Static Vacuum Dryer
How It Works
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying the material under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used to extract air and moisture, the drying speed is accelerated.
Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if the solvent is water, the condenser can be omitted to save energy investment.
Performance Features
◎Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material solution decreases, increasing the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Thus, for a certain heat transfer amount, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
◎The heat source for evaporation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
◎The evaporator has low heat loss.
◎Sterilization can be performed before drying, and no impurities enter during the drying process, meeting GMP requirements.
◎It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the drying material will not be damaged.
Applicable Materials
Suitable for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures; widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics, and other industries.

◎When ordering, please select the appropriate vacuum dryer based on factors such as the material properties, initial and final moisture content, temperature, vacuum degree, drying capacity, drying time, etc. The same model of vacuum dryer has four heating methods: steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electric heating. For example, to increase drying capacity, the number of drying rack layers can be appropriately increased; please inform our factory in time.
