LZG-Spiral Vibration Dryer
Product Overview
Wet material enters the spiral bed from the top feed port. Under the action of circumferential vibration force and gravity, the material moves in a jumping motion from top to bottom along the spiral bed until it reaches ^ the bottom layer. At the same time, clean hot air enters from the bottom of the spiral bed, fully exchanges heat and mass with the material distributed on the bed, and then is discharged from the top moisture exhaust outlet. Thus, the material achieves drying.
Product Applications
This drying equipment is primarily suitable for drying traditional Chinese medicine pills; it is also suitable for drying granular, short strip, and spherical materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, building materials, feed, etc.

●Continuous feeding and discharging are suitable for assembly line operation, and it is easy to meet “GMP” standards, replacing traditional box drying.
●There is basically no damage to the surface and shape of the material, which not only ensures the roundness of the pills but also greatly reduces the breakage rate of the pills.
