DW-Single Layer Belt Dryer
Product Introduction
This machine is a continuous through-flow drying equipment, used for drying sheet-like, strip-like, and granular materials with good permeability. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content and low temperature tolerance, such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine slices. This series of dryers features fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality. For dehydrated filter cake-like paste materials, they can be dried after granulation or being made into rods.
Performance Features

Working Principle
◎Material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt, typically made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is driven by the transmission device to move inside the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, each with independent hot air circulation. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated moisture removal fan, while waste gas is controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air passes through the material-covered mesh belt from bottom to top or top to bottom, completing heat and mass transfer to remove moisture from the material. The mesh belt moves slowly, with speed adjustable based on material temperature. Dried products continuously fall into the collector. Upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly configured according to user needs, and the number of units can be selected as required.

Dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, coconut shreds, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs, small wood products, plastic products, electronic component aging, curing, etc.
