   According to the melting point (freezing point) of the processed product, material temperature, viscosity and cooling effect, the conveying speed and head speed are selected to avoid affecting production capacity and granular quality.
   The machine changes from liquid to solid and granular. It is mainly granulated through a granulation die. It is carried out continuously using a rotary steel belt and is cooled and shaped by spraying water.

   The machine mainly consists of a blanking die granulating and forming head, cooling and conveying stainless steel belts and pulleys, spray cooling system, transmission system, insulation device, frame, scraper, etc. The blanking die granulating head is mainly composed of a head die sleeve and a head core shaft. The spray cooling system is mainly composed of spray heads, holding tanks, etc. The transmission system is mainly composed of a reduction box (reducer), a speed regulating motor, etc.
