YPG Pressure Spray Dryer
Product Introduction
This unit is a device capable of simultaneously performing drying and granulation. According to process requirements, the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the liquid feed pump can be adjusted to obtain spherical particles of a desired size ratio.
Working Principle
The working process of this unit involves the liquid feed being input at high pressure through a diaphragm pump, spraying into atomized droplets, which then flow downward concurrently with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected from the discharge port at the bottom of the tower, while exhaust gas and fine powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by an exhaust fan, and the powder is collected in a powder collection cylinder installed at the lower end of the cyclone separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be installed at the fan outlet, achieving a recovery rate of over 96-98%.

◎ Fast drying speed: After atomization, the surface area of the liquid feed is greatly increased. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, with the drying process taking only tens of seconds to dozens of seconds, making it especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
◎ All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high product purity, and excellent quality.
Wide range of applications; depending on material properties, either hot air drying or cold air granulation can be used, offering strong material adaptability.
Simple and stable operation, convenient control, and easy to achieve automated production.

Spray-dried granules:
◎ Chemical industry: catalysts, resins, synthetic laundry powder, oils and fats, ammonium sulfate, dyes, dye intermediates, carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate, etc.
◎ Food: amino acids and analogs, seasonings, proteins, starch, dairy products, coffee extract, fish meal, meat extract, etc.
◎ Pharmaceutical: Chinese patent medicines, pesticides, antibiotics, pharmaceutical granules, etc.
◎ Ceramics: magnesium oxide, clay, various metal oxides, dolomite, etc.
◎Spray granulation: various fertilizers, alumina, ceramic powders, pharmaceuticals, heavy metal superhard steel, chemical fertilizers, granular laundry detergent, Chinese patent medicines.
◎Spray cooling granulation: amino fatty acids, paraffin, glycerides, tallow, etc. Commonly used in spray crystallization, spray concentration, spray reaction, and other applications.
