product Overview
This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. The pressure, flow rate and nozzle size of the feed liquid pump can be adjusted according to process requirements to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain size ratio.
The working process of this unit is that the feed liquid is input at high pressure through a diaphragm pump, sprayed out mist droplets, and then fell in parallel with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The waste gas is discharged by an exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination cylinder installed at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The outlet of the fan can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of more than 96-98%.
The materials of the tower body, pipes and separators in the contact parts of this unit with materials are all made of SUS304. There is enough moisturizing layer between the interior and the outer shell of the tower body. The filling material is ultra-fine glass wool. The tower body is equipped with observation doors, mirrors, light sources and control instruments, which are controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.

1. The drying speed is fast. The surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time only takes ten seconds to tens of seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
2. All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high product purity and good quality.
3. Wide range of use. According to the characteristics of the material, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, which has strong adaptability to the material.

Selection examples: It is required that the fluid extract volume processed in each batch is I=120kg (solid content is 30%) and the seed volume II=60kg. The theoretical finished product volume can be obtained from I and II, M=mI+mII=120kgx30%+60kg=96kg, and the working time T=120kg/30kg/h=4h. The boiling volume can be found in the technical parameter column as the standard load range. Therefore, it is more appropriate to use PGL-30 type to complete two batches per shift.
