RLY - Oil-fired Hot Air Furnace
Working Principle
The fuel is burned through the burner to produce high-temperature flue gas. With the help of a hot air furnace equipped with enhanced heat exchange measures, the heat of the high-temperature flue gas is transferred to the heated air. After heat dissipation, the high-temperature flue gas temperature drops to 250°C and is discharged into the atmosphere. The air to be heated is forced into the hot air furnace through a selected blower, absorbs heat, and its temperature rises to the rated value before being sent out from the hot air outlet. When the hot air temperature reaches the rated upper limit, the burner automatically stops burning or switches to a small flame. When the hot air temperature drops to the rated lower limit, the burner reignites and operates or switches to a large flame. The heating rate can be adjusted by changing the opening of the air inlet valve.
