Working Principle
This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange, utilizing a new indirect heating technology that exchanges heat at the high-temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air each follow their own paths, providing environmentally friendly heating with high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), rapid temperature rise, compact size, easy installation, reliable operation, and low cost.
Performance Features
It adopts high-temperature resistance measures, significantly extending its lifespan compared to tubular hot air furnaces. It uses longitudinal smoke flow to scrub heat dissipation fins and a negative pressure smoke exhaust method, ensuring no dust accumulation in the heat exchange area, eliminating the need for cleaning, and maintaining stable thermal performance. It can use various types of coal or wood as fuel and is equipped with a secondary air supply device for complete combustion. The furnace's technical and economic indicators have reached domestic advanced levels.
Suitable Materials
This furnace is a general-purpose hot air device, used in conjunction with various material drying equipment. It is widely used for heating and dehumidifying agricultural products, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and light and heavy industrial products such as grains, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, wood ear fungus, white fungus, tea, tobacco leaves, etc. It can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidifying warehouses.

Caution and notice
◎The ambient reference temperature is based on 18℃±2℃, and the coal calorific value is calculated at 5000Kcal/kg.
◎The hot air temperature in the table is determined based on the output air volume. The maximum hot air temperature of the JRF4 hot air stove can reach over 200℃, while the JRF5 and JRF6 models can reach over 300℃ (special manufacturing can reach over 500℃), and users can adjust as needed.
◎The chimney height configuration for the hot air stove: JRF4 model is 3 to 5 meters, JRF and JRF6 models are 5 to 8 meters.
◎The external dimensions in the table correspond to the positions shown in the hot blast stove installation diagram.
◎The refractory layer on the inner wall of the lower part of the furnace chamber starts from the grate, with a height of 0.5 meters for model JRF4-4, which can be installed on site.
◎Model JRF6 is a chain grate stoker combustion device.
