HZG-Rotary drum dryer

The main body is slightly tilted and the rotating speed can be adjusted within a certain range. The wet material is sent into the cylinder by the feeder. working principle
  After the wet material is put into the dryer from one end, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the turning of a plate picker evenly distributed in the inner cylinder, and is fully in contact with the hot air flowing in parallel (countercurrent), accelerating the drying heat transfer and transmitting to the driving force. During the drying process, the material is controllably moved to the star-shaped discharge valve in another section of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the tilting plate and hot air flow.
Adapt materials
