FG series airflow dryer
Working principle:
The working principle of FG series airflow dryers is to divide the drying of wet materials into two steps. The raw materials are first subjected to primary positive pressure drying by a mixture of secondary drying tail gas and supplementary hot air. The used high temperature and low humidity tail gas is discharged out of the machine. The dried semi-finished products are subjected to secondary negative pressure drying by fresh hot air. The dried finished product is metered and packaged. The used high-temperature and low-humidity tail gas is used for primary drying, thereby completing a good circular drying process. The amount of supplementary hot air can be adjusted at will as needed, so the machine is widely applicable.

Adapted materials:
This equipment is widely used for drying powdery and granular materials in food, chemical, medicine, building materials and other industries. The products that have been dried with this series include: starch, glucose, fishery powder, granulated sugar, sugar, wine trough, feed, gluten, plastic resin, coal powder, dyes, etc.
