Product Overview
   The SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory based on domestic similar product technology. The double cone vacuum adopts a belt-chain dual elastic connection method, ensuring stable operation of the equipment. The specially designed process fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts, and both the heat medium and vacuum system use reliable mechanical seals or American technology rotary joints. On this basis, we have developed the SZG-A, which can achieve both stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control.
   As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, our products cover a full range from high-temperature heat transfer oil as the heat medium, medium-temperature steam, to low-temperature hot water. When drying viscous materials, we will specially design a "scraper plate" mechanism or install rollers inside the tank.

Working Principle
◎ Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or heat transfer oil) is introduced into the sealed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the material to be dried through the inner shell.
◎Under power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials inside are continuously mixed to achieve enhanced drying.
◎The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in vapor pressure causes the moisture (solvent) on the material surface to reach saturation and evaporate, which is then promptly discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump. The moisture (solvent) inside the material continuously undergoes three processes: permeation to the surface, evaporation, and discharge, achieving drying in a very short time.
Suitable Materials
   Applicable for the concentration, mixing, and drying of powders, granules, and fibers in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, as well as materials requiring low-temperature drying (e.g., biochemical products). It is especially suitable for drying materials that are easily oxidized, volatile, heat-sensitive, strongly irritating, toxic, or where crystal structure must not be damaged.

Performance Features
◎ When using oil heating, automatic constant temperature control is adopted, allowing for drying of biochemical products
◎ and mineral raw materials, with temperature adjustable between 20~160oC.
◎ High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than ordinary ovens.
◎Indirect heating, material will not be contaminated, meeting "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance and operation are simple, easy to clean.
◎Recommended process arrangement demonstration for solvent recovery process arrangement.
