DSH-Double Spiral Cone Mixer
Product Overview
The combined revolution and rotation of the spiral cause the material to undergo complex motion within the cone, primarily resulting in four types of movement:
1. The spiral revolves along the wall, causing the material to move in a circular path along the cone wall;
2. The spiral rotates, lifting the material from the cone bottom along the spiral upward;
3. The combined revolution and rotation of the spiral cause part of the material to be drawn into the cylindrical surface of the spiral, while the centrifugal force from the spiral's rotation pushes some material within the cylindrical surface radially outward from the cone;
4. The rising material descends under its own gravity. These four movements generate convection, shear, and diffusion within the mixer, achieving rapid and uniform mixing.

◎ A flying knife and spray atomization assembly can be added to meet special process requirements.
◎ The discharge valve is available in manual and pneumatic types.
◎ For special materials, the motor power can be increased (heavy-duty type).

Applied in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, petroleum, metallurgy, building materials for mixing, reaction, drying, and cooling of powder-powder (solid-solid), powder-liquid (solid-liquid), and liquid-liquid (liquid-liquid).
