Product Application
This machine is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, food, and construction. It processes hard-to-crush materials, including plastics, copper wire, Chinese herbal medicine, and rubber. It can also serve as supporting equipment for pre-processing before micro-grinding or ultra-fine grinding.
Working Principle
Materials are fed into the crushing chamber through the feed hopper. They are impacted by blades and blade holders, while rotating and fixed blades simultaneously shear and crush them. Due to the centrifugal force of rotation, materials automatically flow out from the discharge outlet.
