Overview
This machine consists of a hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling, and motor. The oscillation chamber contains an eccentric wheel, rubber components, a main shaft, and bearings. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven by the motor to the centerline of the main shaft, generating centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, which changes the material strength and forms a track vortex inside the screen. The amplitude of the hammer adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and screens. The machine has a compact structure, small size, no dust emission, low noise, high quality, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.
