QG/JG/FG- Pneumatic Dryer
Product Overview
The QG Series Pulse Airflow Dryeris a high-capacity drying equipment that utilizes the principle of instantaneous drying. It employs the rapid movement of heated air to carry wet materials, suspending them in the hot air stream. This intensifies the entire drying process, enhancing heat and mass transfer rates. After airflow drying, nearly all unbound moisture can be removed (e.g., for materials like starch with an initial moisture content of ≤40%, the final product moisture can reach 13.5%). The dried materials do not undergo deterioration, and the output is significantly higher than that of conventional dryers, allowing users to achieve substantial economic benefits in a short period.
Application Scope
Our company manufactures QG airflow drying equipment, incorporating advanced American technology and equipment. Through unique design, it has reached an excellent level. The entire equipment features high automation, low investment, low energy consumption, minimal manpower and floor space requirements, and broad applicability, making it an ideal modern equipment.
Product Features
QG Airflow Dryer is suitable for drying and dehumidifying powdery materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, building materials, and plastics. Examples include starch, fish meal, salt, distiller's grains, feed, gluten, plastic resin, mineral powder, coal powder, chlorosulfonic acid, A·S·C benzoic acid, 2·3·acid, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, sodium sulfate, sodium metabisulfite, and many other materials.
Our company is seeking external consultation on pneumatic drying equipment and also provides custom design and manufacturing of non-standard pneumatic dryers.

JG Series Airflow Dryer
Working Principle
JG Series Airflow DryerIt can quickly remove moisture (mainly surface moisture) from granules and powder materials that are easy to dehydrate. In airflow drying, due to the short residence time of materials in the dryer, the quality of the dried product is optimally controlled. Our enhanced airflow dryer is composed of a basic model with an additional intensifier whose speed can be steplessly adjusted. Wet materials enter the intensifier through a screw feeder, mix thoroughly with hot airflow, and are crushed into fine particles under the impact and propulsion of rapidly rotating cutting blades. While drying, they move toward the outlet and finally enter the drying tube under wind suction for further uniform drying. Heavy wet particles that cannot be drawn by wind are continuously crushed and dried until they can be lifted by wind into the drying tube.
Main Applications
This machine is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, in a paste-like state, that cannot be dried by other airflow drying methods, such as: white carbon black, copolymers of vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride, cellulose acetate floc, catalysts, C.M.C, CT-1 resin, calcined gypsum, electrolytic manganese dioxide, anthraquinone sulfonic acid ammonium salt, fluorite, diatomaceous earth, silica gel catalyst, bone meal, kaolin, potassium perchlorate sulfonamide drugs, synthetic resins, active gluten, activated clay, chemical filter cake, rutile titanium dioxide, sebacic acid, copper sulfate, aluminum sulfate, sodium sulfate, calcium phosphate, phosphate esterified starch, dyes, calcium citrate, coal slime, noodle-shaped bread additive rice bran, clay, clay cement, urea, bentonite, spherical clay, aluminum hydroxide, barium hydroxide, calcium lactate, food, washed kaolin, cyanuric acid, gypsum slurry, lime, biological products, carbon black, calcium carbonate slurry, sludge residue, organic chemicals aluminum stearate, iron oxide, organic fuel, corn gluten feed, wet mud slurry, mica powder, pharmaceuticals, pigments, potassium dichromate pulp, distiller's grains, etc.

FG Series Flash Dryer
Working Principle
Working Principle of FG Series Airflow DryerThe working principle divides the drying of wet materials into two steps. First, the raw material undergoes primary positive pressure drying using a mixture of exhaust gas from the secondary drying and supplementary hot air. The used high-temperature, low-humidity exhaust gas is discharged outside the machine. The semi-finished product after drying then undergoes secondary negative pressure drying using fresh hot air. The dried finished product is metered and packaged. The used high-temperature, low-humidity exhaust gas is utilized for primary drying, thus completing an efficient cyclic drying process. The supplementary hot air volume can be freely adjusted as needed, giving the machine wide applicability.
Suitable Materials
This equipment is widely used for drying powdery and granular materials in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials. Products that have been dried using this series include: starch, glucose, fish meal, granulated sugar, table sugar, distiller's grains, feed, gluten, plastic resin, coal powder, dyes, etc.
