Concept of the Hot Air Circulation Oven

The hot air circulation oven is constructed from angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold-rolled steel plates. The insulation layer is packed with high-density aluminum silicate cotton; this material ensures the oven's thermal insulation efficiency while also guaranteeing user safety. Temperature control is managed via a digital intelligent instrument. The air duct design for the hot air circulation oven comes in two configurations: horizontal airflow and vertical airflow.

Features of the Hot Air Circulation Oven

1. Hot air circulates within the oven, resulting in high thermal efficiency and energy savings.

2. Utilizing forced ventilation, the oven is equipped with air ducts to ensure uniform drying of materials.

3. The oven operates smoothly and stably. It features automatic temperature control and is convenient to install and maintain.

4. It has a wide range of applications and can be used to dry various materials, making it an ideal piece of general-purpose drying equipment.

Working Principle of the Hot Air Circulation Oven

The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven employs a fan-driven forced circulation method, ensuring uniform and efficient airflow. The airflow is generated by a circulation motor (utilizing a contactless switch) driving an impeller; the air passes through a heater to become hot air, which is then delivered via air ducts into the oven chamber. After circulating within the chamber, the air is drawn back into the ducts to serve as the airflow source once again, undergoing reheating and recirculation. This process ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Should temperature fluctuations occur—for instance, due to the opening or closing of the oven door—the air circulation system will rapidly resume operation until the preset temperature value is reached.
